The date our technician collects the modem & router will determine the fees on the final invoice. We will prorate the charges based on your package. Surcharges may be applicable in the event you cancel an appointment at the very last moment or if any service request that is beyond the scope of services Omni Wifi provides to our customers. No Contract Plan - No cancellation fee applies. RM500 deposit fee (paid during registration of the plan) to be returned to you within a month after we collect the modem & router subject to the conditions of the collected devices. Contract Plan - Should the subscribed service plan be unsatisfactory due to any technical reasons resulting in slow or unstable connection, and if the reported issues remain unsolved within the first 30 days upon reporting to Omni WiFi, cancellation within the first 30 days will then be allowed without any penalty. After 30 days, you will have to honor the contract and pay the full remaining balance. For example, if you decide to terminate your contract with 8 months remaining, you will need to pay 8 months X monthly fee as per your plan.

The modem and router we provide during installation is subject to 1 year warranty and will also be replaced if spoilt under warranty period (up to 2 years warranty). Any damage caused by negligence will forfeit the warranty. Replacements of all devices not covered under warranty are chargeable.
